For the last three years, the sensational murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy has been raising the political heat in the divided Andhra Pradesh. In the same period, the case went through several twists and turns. Thanks to the fight of Viveka's daughter Sunitha, the case ended up before the central agency Central Bureau of Investigation.

Sunitha Reddy has not stopped her fight in the case even after the case was handed over to the CBI. When the court had completed the hearing of the petitions filed by the accused in the case to get bail, Sunitha had filed a sensational plea before the court.

Now the ball is in the court premises and it is interesting to see what the court will do now. Will the court stop giving the bail to the other accused in the case or will it grant the bail, we will get an answer for that shortly. The court said that it will hear the arguments today afternoon.

Sunitha had started a big fight in the case saying that big names are involved in her father's murder case. It is believed that she had alleged that she had taken the issue of a few family members playing role in the murder case and Jagan said MP Avinash Reddy would join another party if the trial in the case starts.

With the same spirit, Sunitha appeared before the court through her lawyers when the court granted Erra Gangireddy a bail in connection with the case. Gangireddy is A1 in the much-talked-about murder case that had shocked not just Andhra Pradesh but both the Telugu states.

As a sensational development in the case, through her lawyers, Sunitha Reddy had filed a supplementary petition (implied). The investigation agency CBI also filed the petition seeking permission from the court to consider their arguments also while granting the bail to the accused.

Saying that Sunitha is Viveka's daughter and she can take part in the hearing, her lawyers had filed the petition. The High Court said that the petition will be listed for the hearing today afternoon. Now all eyes are on the next hearing.
