How a Waiter helped Sachin improve Technique?

Sachin Tendulkar became the greatest batsman of all-time because he is always open for advices and implemented some of them when they made sense. Recently, Master Blaster revealed how a waiter helped him improve his batting technique.
When he was in Chennai several years ago, A Waiter approached Sachin and asked if he could say something to him. When the Cricket God told him to go ahead, Then the Waiter pointed out that his Elbow Guard has been restricting his bat swing. Sachin found the suggestion very much right as he wasn't comfortable with the way he was playing. Then, He remodeled the guard in such a way that it had fibre and cushion on either side yet comfortable to swing.
Little Master says everybody, be it Paanwala or CEOs, offer you advise in India. 'Still, One should be open to advices as there is scope for improvement always,' he adds.
In 24 Years long career, Sachin score 34,357 runs which include 100 International Centuries. He is currently a member of BCCI's Cricket Advisory Committee and Mentor for IPL Franchise Mumbai Indians.
