Kent State University study found that students who spent 14-hours a day with mobile phones were less fit than the ones that spend about one-and-a-half hour a day. The study also proved people who spent more time on their mobiles will engage in entertainment activities like playing video games and watching films.
The report of the research has been filed after monitoring the students in over 300 colleges. So, negative relationship between mobiles and cardiorespiratory fitness can't be ignored.
