Ward Boy Rapes Patient At Osmania Hospital

A Ward Boy sexually assaulting Housewife, who is a victim of domestic violence, in a corridor of Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad sparked a nationwide outrage. Although this heinous crime happened on Tuesday, It came to light only on Saturday.
On May 2nd, The Housewife went to Banjara Hills Police Station to lodge Domestic Violence Case against her Husband. Later, She visited Osmania Hospital to obtain Medico-Legal Certificate. At around 2 am on May 3rd, The Ward Boy posed as Health Officer and asked the victim to accompany him to the OP Block in 1st Floor where he raped her.
Osmania Hospital Superintendent B Nagender expressed shock over the sexual assault which took when 200 staff members were on duty at the OP Block.
CCTV Cameras cover only the entry and exit points. Though Junior Doctors demanded better vigilance after the suicide of a Doctor recently, Hospital Authorities haven't taken any measures.
Cops arrested Ward Boy B Nagaraju (35) and Home Guard Qmar E-Ilahi who tried to shield the accused.
