Water Leakage At Newly Constructed Telangana Secretariat?

The much-awaited Telangana Secretariat was opened recently. The structure reminded everyone of America's White House. The New Secretariat became a center of attraction in the state. It was opened in a big way and media personnel from other states also reported the news and gave coverage.
Now the Secretariat is in the news due to a video that is doing rounds. The viral video raised many eyeballs. The New Secretariat was started on the 30th of April. Massive arrangements went through for the occasion. Special poojas were also performed. The next day Hyderabad recorded heavy rain.
Hyderabad City faced big rain on Sunday and Monday and many areas were drowned. Many felt that nothing will happen to the newly constructed Secretariat.
But the leaks gave a big shock. People might say small leaks are common in such a big construction. However many ask how the Secretariat can face water leakage as it was constructed with a big budget. A video is doing rounds that shows two people removing the water on the compound wall of the Secretariat.
A big question here is how a way was not given for the water to go out from the Secretariat that was construed with a huge budget. It has to be mentioned here that a similar thing happened with the Yadadri temple as well.
The water leak issue was sorted out in Yadadri temple as it popped out shortly after the reopening ceremony. Now the same thing came out from the Secretariat reportedly. Will more issues come out in the future is a question here.
