The Telangana High Court which heard the petition filed to seek directions to cancel the final semester exams said it can postpone the exams but cannot cancel the exams.
The lawyers who represented the petitioners requested the constitution bench to cancel the final semester exams. However, the court said the exams cannot be canceled.
The constitution bench adjourned the case to Wednesday and made it clear that it can issue orders to postpone the semester exams but not cancel the exams.
