We Will Not Immerse Ashes Till The Justice Is Served: Hathras Victim's Kin

The infamous alleged gang-rape and murder case reached the Allahabad High Court after the court took the case as suo moto. The kin of the victim has recorded their statements in front of the bench.
After returning to Hathras from the court father of the Hathras victim said, they will not immerse the ashes of her daughter until the justice is served.
According to some media reports, the Allahabad High Court with a serious tone shooted questions at the ADG (Law and Order), Prashant Kumar over the way they have dealt with the case.
'Will you allow your daughter to be cremated in the same way? The police action would have been the same if the victim belongs to a rich family,' media reports quoted the High Court as asking ADG.
Earlier, the High Court has slapped summons to UP Additional Chief Secretary, DGP, Hathras DM and SP and ADG(Law and Order) to appear before the court.
After hearing the arguments and recording the statements of both the parties, the High Court has adjourned the next hearing of the case to November 2.
