What About KCR's Past Announcements?

Why none of the vaastu related announcements that KCR making amid such fanfare are actually turning out to be duds? He made so many announcements about shifting of the buildings and constructing new complexes. But, not one of them materialised. In fact, all of them are in limbo.
Consider this! Initially, during the early phases of the first term, he said he would drain out the whole of the Hussain Sagar nd fill it up to construct skyscrapers around the lake. Then he announced he was shifting the Chest Hospital from Erragadda and take it to Anantagiri hills. He wanted to construct secretariat there. Then there was a proposal to set up a cultural complex at the NTR stadium near the Indira Park. Then there was this proposal to demolish the historic Osmania Hospital and build a hospital complex on the same land. He also talked about shifting the secretariat to the Bison Polo Ground in Secunderabad.
Interestingly, none of these proposals moved any further. They remained on papers only. One wag said that these projects, proposed by KCR were based on Vaastu considerations. But, the place where he made these statements too has bad vaastu. Hence the promises were never converted into reality, he quipped. What about the vastu of the place where KCR made the statement about demolishing the secretariat?
