What For KVP Maintaining Silence?

Several Leaders within TDP and Congress have been vocal about their aversion over the alliance between arch-rivals. Leaders like Vatti Vasanth Kumar and C Ramachandraiah had quit Congress Party in project against the tie-up. Surprisingly, KVP Ramachandra Rao who never hesitated to criticize TDP & Chandrababu Naidu remained mum on the alliance. Someone like him won't remain silent without a strong reason.
KVP was known to be YSR's Soul. He, however, remained loyal to the Congress Party even after YS Jaganmohan Reddy was sentenced to prison for 16 months. This Gentleman continued in the National Party even after being aware of the manner in which bifurcation was carried out by Congress. Is he showing his loyalty to Congress once again? or Doesn't he feel the necessity to criticize TDP Government after forming the alliance?
