Families of Anam, Nedurumalli and Nallamareddy used to be the most influential in Nellore District. There were times when MLA/MP Ticket Aspirants used to form a queue in front of their houses for B-Forms. But now, These families have been struggling to prove their existence.
Anam Brothers dictated terms while being in Congress until 2014 Elections. They, however, failed to even get MLC after joining Ruling TDP. Anam Ramanarayana Reddy joined YCP after he wasn't give due respect in Telugu Desam. Initially, He aspired to contest on YCP Ticket from Athmakuru. In the end, He has to settle for Venkatagiri Segment.
Nedurumalli Janardhan Reddy hawa continued for two decades since 1978. He served as CM of United AP. From 2004, Nedurumalli failed to leave any impact on the AP Politics. After the death of Nedurumalli, His Son Ramkumar Reddy joined BJP but later migrated to YCP. He, however, isn't able to obtain any assurance on MLA Ticket.
The current situation of Anam and Nedurumalli Families became a hot topic in AP Politics. You never know what's gonna happen in Politics..!
