What's Happening With YS Viveka Case As Of Now?
By: Tupaki Desk | 5 May 2023 12:18 AM ISTThe murder case of former Andhra Pradesh minister YS Vivekananda Reddy has been under investigation for a few years from now. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is going forward intensively in the probe and the officers are digging out the important things in the case.
Many have a question of what is going on in the case as of now. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been focusing on the Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy. The agency reportedly reiterated the role of the MP in destroying crime scene and key evidence.
Looking at the developments in the case, watchman Ranganna who is said to be the witness in the murder case suddenly fell ill and his condition is said to be very serious. He was taken to the Tirupati Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS) and he was shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment.
Many say that Ranganna's statement played a big role after Dastagiri's statement in the case. Ranganna cannot cooperate further with the CBI officers due to his ill health. Once his health gets ok, he would also help the investigating officers.
On the other hand, Erra Gangireddy is reportedly gearing up to surrender before the CBI court as per the court orders. Earlier, the Telangana High Court canceled his bail in the case and ordered Gangireddy to surrender before the court. If he fails to do so, then the officers can arrest him. He would surrender before the court tomorrow as Gangireddy has no other option left.
