In the next few years, airports in Andhra Pradesh are going to touch the peaks. As per the details, Seemandhra is going to get few new airports while KCR demanded 2 new airports for Hyderabad itself. As a part of development strategy, KCR took the decision of establishing 2 more airports in Hyderabad.
It is known that Begumpet Airport and Shamshabad Airport are already in place in Hyderabad. “What is the need for another 2 airports that too in Hyderabad?” turned out to be the question. Analysts are saying that there are several regions in Telengana which needs to be developed. If Government spends more money on building airports in Hyderabad, it may become tough for other regions to hit development.
Few other analysts are showing the facts around the world that few airports in few cities which were constructed with similar strategy encountered huge losses in course of time.
