What Is Keeping Kishan Reddy Busy These Days?
By: Tupaki Desk | 13 Feb 2021 5:22 AM GMTWhat is keeping G Kishan Reddy busy these days? Besides his job as the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, he is also busy with the politics in Tamil Nadu. He has been appointed as the incharge for the upcoming elections to the Tamil Nadu state assembly.
Tamil Nadu politics, unlike the Telangana politics, are extremely complicated and the Dravidian ideology plays a dominant role. The BJP does not have much presence in the state. As of now, the party does not have even a single MLA in the state assembly. Yet, Kishan Reddy has to work hard to ensure that BJP finds some place in the assembly and wins at least a few seats. He also has to work hard to cobble up an alliance with the ruling AIADMK. He also has to work hard to bring all anti-DMK and anti-Congress forces together.
Kishan Reddy is busy in Tamil Nadu these days holding discussions with several key leaders from various parties. He is being assisted by former MP Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy and other leaders. He is also said to be constantly in touch with party national president JP Nadda and organising secretary BL Santosh.
