What Is Pawan Kalyan Doing These Days?
By: Tupaki Desk | 18 July 2020 11:23 AM ISTHe is the chief of a political party with a popular base. Though the party may not win many seats, it got good votes in many places. Youth are crazy about the party and its leader. While all other political leaders from the other parties are active during the times of Covid 19, this leader is conspicuous by his absence.
No marks for guessing who the leader is. He is Pawan Kalyan, the Jana Sena chief. Ever since the corona lockdown, there has been no news from Pawan Kalyan. Not a statement nor even a broadcast. No video conferencing with party workers even. While all other party leaders have begun touring and addressing the workers through video conferencing. Pawan Kalyan is unseen, unheard and therefore unfelt. Everything regarding the party is coming only from second-in-command Nadendla Manohar. All statements are coming from him and every direction is going out from him.
Even the film shoots are off. Given this situation, Pawan Kalyan could have undertaken video conferences and reactivated his cadres. He could have asked them to join service programmes for the marginalised poor during the covid restrictions. But, he had not done any of that. It is not for nothing that he has crores of followers, but only a few lakhs of voters.
