Whats Behind Telugu Media Anti Christian Propaganda?

What's behind the spate of anti-Christian debates on Telugu media channels of late? The pattern is eerily similar to the drama enacted before 2014. The same channels that raised the issue of Christian activities before 2014 elections, are raising the issue now. More importantly, all these channels are closer to the TDP establishment.
In the runup to the 2014 elections, these channels held debates, discussions and one-on-one interviews with Hindu seers on the issue of Christian conversions. The plan is simple. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a confirmed Christian and he had never hidden it. His mother used to carry a Bible wherever she went. So, in the garb of attacking Christianity, the pro-TDP media channels attacked YS Jagan. The subconscious message worked and the TDP managed to defeat such a formidable candidate as Vijayamma in Visakhapatnam. Now, the same set of channels is holding debates on the presence of Christian employees in Hindu temples, Christian bhajans in Hindu temples etc. The message they want to send across is clear – that these activities have grown after Jagan took over.
But, these activities have always been there and the Christian employees in Hindu temples is a hard reality even during Chandrababu's regime. There were complaints even during that period. These channels never debated it then. Why they are debating now is an open secret. It is another matter that the YSRCP is not helping itself with the conduct of some of the leaders. But, the plan is crystal clear. How Jagan tackles this misinformation remains to be seen.
