What's the outcome of the GN Rao Committee?

The much talked about GN Rao committee which was constituted to examine the reports submitted by the previous committees like the BCG committee on the capital decision has already submitted the report and said 'Three Capitals' decision is good and it will help the state.
Now with the High Court directing the state government to submit the reports of all the reports submitted by the committees following the case filed in the High Court on the ‘Three Capitals'.
With this, the GN Rao Committee which said the government can set-up the Secretariat, CM camp office, High Court Bench and the Assembly also warned the government to not have all the key offices of the state in Vishakapatnam keeping in mind that there is a danger of cyclones like Hud Hud and Titli reportedly.
The land availability in Vishakapatnam is very low. Vizag which is the home of heavy industries that falls under Jone 1 is having a decline in the air quality. With the powerful cyclones triking the shore city, Vizag cannot effort to bare one more cyclone now.
Almost all the regional channels had a discussion and debate on the GN Rao Committee and the outcome of that debate is Vizag is not the only state to face the problems with cyclone.
Other seashore cities like Nellore, Ongole, Machilipatnam, Kakinada, Rajamahendrvaram also face the same drawback but Vizag is a little strong when compared to these cities.
