Sex Racket: Are Those Letterheads Real or Fake?

The role of Telugu Associations in America has come under the scanner after the burst of Sex Racket operated by Kishan Modugumudi & his wife Chandrakala. Notices were served to the top brass of the Telugu Associations asking them to prove their innocence. These Associations informed the Investigation Officials that the letterheads used by Modugumudi Couple aren't original and their signatures were forged.
Videos of TANA Chief Satish Vemana circulated on WhatsApp have been raising many doubts over the role played by Telugu Associations. If the letterheads used by Kishan weren't original, Has the matter didn't come to the notice of Telugu Associations until the burst of the racket? or Did they refrained from taking any action for reasons best known to them?
Telugu Associations can't deny that fake letterheads and forged signatures haven't come to their notice so far. Why because, Modugumudi Couple had operated the sex racket for a long period.
