We Haven't Declared WAR on North Korea: US

North Korea accused America of declaring war against it & asked Donald Trump to face dire consequences. Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho said North Korea have now the right to shoot down US Planes even if they aren't in its air space. 'The World is aware that it's US which first declared war,' he told.
Whereas, US clarified it hasn't declared war yet but only opposing the nuclear tests of North Korea.
South Korea and China appealed US to bring down the tensions with North Korea before it's too late. Chinese Foreign Ministry declared there will be no winner if war takes place between US and North Korea.
A retired American General warned war between US and North Korea will lead to around 20,000 deaths per day in South Korea. He also opined the war gonna end only if Kim Jong-un faced defeat.
