COVID-19 Updates: White House Honors Heroes Helped In Crisis

In these tough times, not fearing the spread of the virus some people and organizations helped the needy. While some of them donated food some organizations donated face masks and sanitizers.
US President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump decided to felicitate the heroes who lent a helping hand in the wake of the spread of the novel coronavirus.
An event was conducted to honor theses heroes including three 10-year-old Girl Scouts. All three scouts were members of the Troop 744 that donated 100 boxes of Girl Scouts for Firefighters, doctors, and nurses.
At the event, the President lauded the efforts of these Scouts for helping the local Healthcare workers too. Trump also paid tributes to people who lost their lives to the dreaded virus.
Laila Khan, Lauren Matney, and Sravya Annappareddy who received the honors thanked the President for honoring them and said that it's their duty to lend a helping hand in this tough time.
