Who is behind Srinivas Goud's statement?

In what could be perhaps be the first step in anointing KTR as the Telangana Chief Minister so that KCR can focus on the developing situation at the Centre as a result of the NRC and CAA, minister V Srinivas Goud said that everyone wants KTR to be the CM of the state. That he chose Telangana Bhavan to say this shows that he has the complete backing of KCR. In fact, he was mouthing what CM wanted him to mouth.
But the only problem is that the TRS PR machinery did not prepare a proper brief for V Srinivas Goud so tht he could say the right things about KCR. He said KTR is great because he took care of KCR while he was in the NIMS hospital. Goud then said that every foreign expert who comes to Telangana will first meet KTR. Only after KTR briefs them, they go around the state to see the development, Goud said. Not just that another reason why KTR should be made the CM according to Goud is that every child in the state says that KTR is the next CM.
However, he was careful enough to say KTR would the next CM when KCR wants. He also strongly defended the TRS's dalliance with the Majlis Ittehadul Muslimeen.
