Who is behind the mischievous GO?

Does AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have back-stabbers in his own establishment? Are there saboteurs within his administration who are only too willing to discredit him? Otherwise how would one explain the government order that ordered the change of the name of the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Pratibha Puraskar awards to YSR Vidya Puraskars? How did this happen without the knowledge of the Chief Minister? Why is it that the Chief Minister came to know of it only after the order was passed and was leaked to some âinterested media?
Clearly, there seems to be more to it than meets the eye. Someone clearly wanted to discredit the YSRCP government. Even before Jagan could get to know about it, leader of the Opposition took to Twitter to slam the Government for the change of the name. Chandrababu tweeted thus: "Dr. Kalam has accomplished much for the nation with his inspiring life. YS Jagan's government changing "APJ Abdul Kalam Pratibha Puraskar" to "YSR Vidya Puraskar" is a shocking method of self-aggrandizement at the cost of disrespecting a much venerated man." Interestingly, former TDP man and now a BJP spokesperson Lanka Dinakar was the second to tweet against the decision. This was immediately followed by TDP MP Rammohan Naidu.
It was to YS Jagan's credit that he immediately realised the wrong signals the move could send and ordered that the order be cancelled forthwith. But, what is important is that the mischief maker is identified and brought to book. It is important for him to identify the black sheep in his government and cleanse it of these mischievous elements.
