Who really changed Andhra Pradesh TDP or Congress?

People of Andhra Pradesh are known to be intelligent ones. For 10 years they gave TDP, the power to rule their region while they gave the same span of 10 years to Congress. After this 20 years span, people in this region are aiming to elect the best as the upcoming 5 years are quite crucial.
Analyzing the last 20 years, people in Andhra Pradesh may take decision of voting for the best as the next 5 years is expected to have huge development in this state. Telengana as well as Seemandhra will be flooded with special packages to construct the regions and having the best party in power will yield the best.
A part of analysts are saying that Congress did several things to the people of Andhra Pradesh. Reports are saying that the state in Congress rule enjoyed the basic facilities like education and food. Apart from this, few projects too were completed in this span. On the other hand, another segment of analysts are saying that the projects which were completed in Congress span were started in TDPs rule. They are saying that the credit goes to TDP as they started the projects. Compared to Congress, TDP is on lead in building capital city. Hyderabad is the best example!
