Why Are All Congress Spokespersons Leaving Party?

What is happening to the Congress spokespersons? One after another, the Congress spokespersons are leaving the party. At this rate, the party may be left with no spokesperson at all.
First it was Tom Vadakkan. Tom was a firebrand spokesperson of the Congress Party and spit fire on the BJP in TV shows and debates. But, one fine morning, he changed parties. He is now a BJP spokesperson at the national level and is using his fire power against the Congress Party. Then it was the turn of suave and stylish Priyanka Chaturvedi. She was very effective holding brief for the Congress Party for years. Now, she is in the Shiv Sena and is a Rajya Sabha MP holding forth against the Congress.
Another extremely articulate spokesperson was Sanjay Jha. He was at his very best defending the Congress. But, today, he is suspended from the party and the spokesperson post. Though he has not joined any party, he is quite critical about the Congress Party and is proving to be quite an embarrassment for the party.
The latest spokesperson to leave Congress is actress-politician Khushbu Sundar. She has recently joined the BJP and given her articulation, she would prove to be an asset for the BJP. If sources are to be believed, she would even be projected as the CM candidate by the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections in Tamil Nadu.
But why are the spokespersons leaving the Congress with such regularity? Why is Congress unable to hold them back?
