Why Are Congress Seniors Eagerly Waiting For This Meeting?

Most Congress seniors in Telangana are waiting eagerly for the all-important core committee meeting. They want the meeting to be held as soon as possible. The reason? They have a litany of complaints against a young leader of the party.
The core committee meeting is an important decision making body in the party and the decisions taken at this meeting are conveyed to the high command. They want to hold this meeting and read out the list of complaints against Revanth Reddy, who is the working president of the party. They feel that Revanth is acting unilaterally without consulting them. They want to raise these issues in the core committee meeting.
But, there is one key problem. The problem is the core committee meeting can be held only in the presence of the party affairs incharge Ramachandra Kunthia. Unfortunately, due to covid, Kunthia is confined to his native village and is refusing to come to Hyderabad. He is said to have told the Congress leaders that he would come to Hyderabad only after the Corona scare ends. As a result, the senior leaders are forced to wait for the past six months. Meanwhile, they can do nothing except wringing their hands in helplessness.
