Why change of RV audio launch venue?

Generally, Shilpa Kala Vedika will be the obvious choice for the audio launch events of Telugu big ticket films. Although Ramanaidu Studios in Nanakramguda was preferred for some of the big events in the past two years, Police has been denying permission for big events at this venue after 'Baadshah' incident and even producers weren't ready to take huge risk by organizing such functions at open space. As a result, Shilpa Kala Vedika has become the only choice for the stars flicks all these years.
Producer Dil Raju surprised everyone by choosing Marriot for the audio launch of 'Ramayya Vastavayya' on September 21st, instead of Shilpa Kala Vedika. Limited number of passes will be issued and special security arrangements will be made. No one other than the people with entry passes would be allowed to enter the premises.
The reason behind this move is said to be threats from the separatists in the wake of Harikrishna's resignation in favor of the United AP agitations. Few days ago, Students JACs have even warned that it would ban the films of Jr NTR for ever as his father is fighting to stall the Telangana statehood. Dil Raju feels any disruption would spoil the positive buzz surrounding the movie and hence chosen Marriot which is a safe bet.
