Why Congressmen Are Loving The Lockdown?

The Congress leaders are very happy because of the lockdown. Especially, the younger leaders and those who want Rahul Gandhi to be in action against Modi are very happy. Thanks to Corona lockdown everything has come to a standstill and this has come as a boon for these people.

Due to this, Rahul Gandhi, who has remained inactive till recently, has suddenly become active and has started attacking Modi right left and centre. As a result, the Congress is back in the news. But, there is one more reason why the Congressmen are happy. Because of the lockdown, no planes are leaving India. As a result, Rahul Gandhi remains confined to India. Otherwise, by this time he would have gone on another of his mysterious foreign tour to some undisclosed destination. This would have left the Congressmen defending Rahul Gandhi against an attack by the BJP on his frequent disappearances. For a fortnight or so, Rahul would have gone completely missing from action.

So, for these Congress leaders, Corona is a god-send. Rahul Gandhi is unable to go abroad. Since he is in India, he is attacking the BJP and Modi. As a result, he and his party are occupying the news headlines.
