Why did Kajal lost this Project?

It is known that Kajal Agarwal was replaced by Nayantara in the Tamil flick 'Nanbaenda' (starring Udayanidhi Stalin) in the last minute and the film will be rolling from February 17th. Various reasons like remuneration and date clashes have been shown as the cause for the loss of the actress. However, actual reasons were something different and they are Kajal is really upset over losing this project.
As per the reliable sources, Kajal has lost the crucial deal just because of the miscommunication and her PR Agency has to be blamed for not handling it well.
From the makers angle, Udayanidhi Stalin decided to replace Kajal after watching her recent release 'Jilla' in which she looked life-less with unimpressive costumes and make-up.
As a result, Kajal has no films in the line-up other than Ram Charan-KV's flick.
