Why did KCR meet Shivaj Singh Chouhan secretly?

Was there a secret meeting between Telangana Chief Minister KCR and Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan? Though the TRS is officially not admitting that there indeed was a meet between the two CMs, unofficial sources say that KCR went to a hotel in Begumpet and met Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
Chouhan was recently in Hyderabad for the medical treatment of his wife and the meeting took place on Wednesday. A couple of Telugu builders and realtors have facilitated the meeting between the two CMs. Ever since his December 11 visit to New Delhi, KCR has been keeping a low profile and has stopped criticizing the BJP. Not just that, he had reversed several of his own decisions and began toeing the BJP like Ayushman Bharat, farm bills and other issues. Hence his secret meeting assumes key importance.
Sources feel that Chouhan may have brought some message from the BJP national leadership to KCR and state-central relations may have figured during the talks. They also feel that Shivraj's visit has some link to the recent Delhi visit of KCR. Both Shivraj and KCR are maintaining a studious silence. But, something definitely seems to be coocking.
