Why Did Ponguleti Use Such Strong Words?

Former MP and TRS leader Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy's latest comments on the intra-party differences has set the cat among the pigeons. He has not only highlighted the differences, but also warned the groups that are working against him. He comments that positions of power are never permanent and those who are enjoying power and pelf today might lose them tomorrow.
These comments are being seen as a warning to senior TRS leaders who have been ignoring him and cornering his supporters. Ponguleti, who joined the TRS from YSRCP in 2014, was not given a ticket in 2018 and 2019 elections in Telangana. Since then, he and his group have been marginalised. He too has remained silent and became inactive in the party. Meanwhile the TRS leadership in Hyderabad began marginalising his supporters. Both Puvvada Ajay and Tummala took advantage of this and have begun targeting his supporters.
But with Khammam civic polls fast approaching, the TRS, which had lost to back-to-back elections, has decided to mollify a sulking Ponguleti. KTR himself went to him and took him in his helicopter to Hyderabad. He had asked Ponguleti to ensure TRS victory in Khammam municipal corporation polls. However, at the ground level, troubling of his trusted lieutenants is continuing as usual. Responding to this, he hit back saying power was transitory and that no one would remain in power forever. He said he would not tolerate the attacks on his supporters.
This is also being seen as a warning to KTR too. Through his statement, he has also targeted Ajay Puvvada and Tummala, who are targeting his supporters.
