Why did the Gallibipalli villagers block MLA Balakrishna?

Actor turned politician Balakrishna came to Hindupuram to attend the wedding of TDP spokesperson Ramesh Daughter was stopped by the Gallibipalli villagers of Lepakshi Mandal.
The villagers got the information about the arrival of MLA Balakrishna, they blocked the vehicle in the Kandhikonda check-post in Gallibipalli and expressed their problems to the MLA Balakrishna about the Lepakshi-Hindupuram- Gallipalli roads.
Responding to the villagers MLA Balakrishna spoke with concerned officials and assured them to complete the road works soon.
