Why do YCP Leaders think Jagan Can Make it to PM Post?
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 July 2022 12:33 PM GMTOne has to admit that the YCP recorded a landslide victory in the 2019 polls. Winning the elections is one thing and defeating the grand old Telugu Desam Party is something. The election became one side with the party scoring over 150 seats in the high intense battle.
It appears that the election win has got into YCP leaders' heads. The party wants to vanish the grand old party and is making plans t win all the 175 seats, which looks next to impossible. As if it is not enough, the YCP leaders are making big claims that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has the capability of becoming the Prime Minister one day.
Not just once, but on many occasions, the leaders openly said Jagan will make it to national politics and become the Prime Minister of India. After Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Narayana Swamy, and a few others, a Cabinet Minister joined the row.
Eluru MP Kotagiri Sridhar surprised everyone by saying that Jagan will become the Prime Minister of India. No words can describe the logic he mentioned while stating these comments.
According to the MP, the BJP will not get the required seats to form the government and the YCP will in all the MP seats in the state and play a big role. Given the numbers, the YCP might also demand a special category.
If YCP MPs think that having 25 MP seats would be vital, then what about the states with higher MP seats like Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and others. Only the YCP leaders have an answer to this.
