Why Harish Rao did not visit Munugode so far?

Why is TRS trouble shooter and minister Harish Rao not active in Munugode bypoll campaign? Why has he not visited Munugode so far? Though he is monitoring the campaign on a day-to-day basis, Harish Rao is yet to visit Marriguda mandal that has been allotted to him. His continued absence is giving rise to several suspicions in the party circles.
Though his supporters have already completed a door-to-door campaign, Harish Rao has not set his feet on the ground. They even collected the phone numbers of the voters and have pooled up the necessary data. But, without Harish Rao physically present, the campaign is yet to pick momentum. Several requests were sent to him to join the campaign.
As many as five ward councillors of the TRS in the mandal headquarters have switched their loyalties and have joined the BJP. Similarly, a defeated sarpanch candidate of the TRS too kept the party leadership guessing. He had joined the BJP, but later rejoined the TRS. Several of the second rung leaders are said to be in touch with the BJP.
Sources say that the BJP is eyeing many more such leaders. Before the campaign picks pace, the BJP wants the TRS to be totally emptied in this mandal. They are using the BJP resources and Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy's personal contacts to wean away the TRS cadres. Though all this is happening, Harish Rao has not bothered to visit Marriguda so far.
