Why Jagan Doesnt Like bureaucrats Worked In TDP Govt?

It's barely two days into this week and the week has been horrible for the Andhra Pradesh government as the government faced three back-to-back blows in just two days. The other day, the Supreme Court ordered the government to deposit the money back that was diverted from the special funds.

Earlier today, the Andhra Pradesh High Court blasted the government over the doorstep delivery of the ration goods and asked why the public money is being wasted while many schools were merged making students travel big distances to go to schools.

Now the High Court of Andhra Pradesh gave another big blow to the state government by quashing all the cases that were filed by the Crime Investigation Department (CID) wing of AP police against IRS officer Jasti Krishna Kishore. Not just that, the court also said the cases filed against him are illegal.

He was suspended back in 2019 and a few cases were filed by the CID police in Mangalagiri, Though he got a big relief as the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) stayed his suspension and even gave him a clean chit, the cases are going on against him and he knocked on the High Court.

The IRS officer got a big relief and the Andhra Pradesh High Court quashed all the cases. While doing so, the court said there is proper evidence that can prove that the IRS officer has involvement in any irregularities in his stint as the CEO of the Economic Development Board (EDB).

Surprisingly, the IRS officer's issue has a lot of similarities with that of former State Election Commission Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, ex- Intelligence chief of the state AB Venkateswara Rao. There has been a pattern in dealing with the three officers belonging to various departments.

Firstly, they were removed from the post on the alleged grounds of wrongdoings, and then cases were filed. They waged a legal war and got a big relief from the cases that were filed against them. However, no cases were filed against Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar, and no big change in the three cases.

As another striking similarity, all three officers worked under the previous government and it looks like the government doesn't like the officers who worked in the previous government, and the bureaucrats have to wage a legal battle to get out of the issues. No one knows why Jagan hates bureaucrats who worked in TDP Government.
