Why KCR's best friend is ignored in KTR's Karimnagar visit?

He is considered quite close to Chief Minister KCR and whenever KCR visits Warangal, the visits the house of this leader. He is the Rajya Sabha MP and his son is the MLA from the region. However, his and his son's name was found missing on the flexies and the banners put up during the recent visit of KTR to Karimnagar and Choppadandi constituencies.
