Why Manchu Manoj delayed his Political Entry?

Few months ago, Manchu Manoj announced his retirement from films and 'Okkadu Migiladu' will be his last project. He finally opened up on what he has gone through at that phase during the pre-release event of this movie based on LTTE Movement chief Prabhakaran.
Manchu Manoj: 'I have been providing financial help for the education of many children. 10 percent of My Earnings from every movie is being spent for farmers welfare. I always wanted to pay back to the society and help as much people as I can. The rich and influential have been suppressing the poor. Even in our Industry, It's been a do or die situation for Makers of Low-Budget Films. Why this disparity though we keep hearing all are equal. That's when I decided to quit films and placed that tweet. I didn't even discuss about it with my friends as they would laugh if I say I will work for the society…why because we stopped helping people. Neither My Father nor My Wife objected My Decision. Cinema is everything to Me...my life. I am not well educated..if not an actor, I would have been a car driver or boxer'.
Soon after Manoj announced his decision, Manchu Vishnu rushed to home and kicked his Younger Brother for taking such a bold step without consulting family members. Then, He made Manoj understand there is certain time for everything and it's better to wait for few more years to take a plunge into politics. 'Vishnu anna told Me if I continue as Actor for few more years, I could help much more people. He advised me to balance my career and philanthropic activities. Respecting his views, I decided to wait for some more time. But, I am gonna surely come forward to serve the society in a full-fledged manner one day. I am noting down the names of all those who are suppressing the weaker sections. On that day, I will ask them questions...They should be prepared to give Answers! I will make them say the truth if they remain mum,' warns the Actor.
