Why 5-Time CM borrowed Rs 5?

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was left with no money in his pocket when he stepped out of his residence on Wednesday. He had no other option but to borrow Rs 5 when he got into a city bus. Why would a Chief Minister get into a city bus? Confused! Here is the actual story…
Upon flagging off city buses in Patna, Nitish Kumar stepped into one of them and took a seat. Soon, A woman conductor approached him and offered the ticket. Nitish checked his pocket to pay but couldn't find anything.
Immediately, Nitish prompted a senior bureaucrat who was on the bus to lend him money. Principal Secretary Amrit Lal Meena paid Rs 5 for CM's bus ticket. Nitish mentioned the favor done by the IAS during his speech and told he saved him from embarrassment.
Nitish Kumar formed the Government in Bihar with the support of Lalu Prasad Yadav's RJD.
