Why Pawan met Amit Shah?

In what we call an unexpected development Power star Pawan kalian met BJP President Amit Shah.Its known that Amit Shah has visited the Telangana state and conducted the meeting with the party men.
Amit Shah discussed the strategies to strengthen the party in the newly formed Telangana state in view of the 2019 general elections.While addressing party workers he took dig at Congress president Sonia Ghandhi.He said the government needs no advice from Sonia Gandhi and asked her to advise her party colleagues in the remaining state governments.
Claiming that the BJP was the first national party to support the demand for a separate Telangana state, Shah came down heavily on the Congress for the manner in which it bifurcated Andhra Pradesh.
Before the elections Pawan met Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad and declared support to him for the Prime Minister's post. There are unconfirmed reports that Amit Shah wants to convey his thanks to Pawan kalayn for extending support to BJP in recently concluded elections
Though the party was floated by Pawan Kalyan before the general elections itself, the party didnÂ’t contest in the polls due to the paucity of time. However, it is learnt that the party would contest in the GHMC polls to test the partyÂ’s fortune for the first time.BJP also planning expand it roots in GHMC and the meet of Pawan with Amit before the elections has raised several eyebrows.
Was it just a courtesy call or any other political reason involved behind that.Lets wait and watch further development.
