Alcoholism is a huge problem across the globe. It is evident that people like to enjoy a good meal after stressful day of work and top it of with alcohol, booze to sleep in deep slumber.

One or two pegs of wine doesn't harm even if you take on regular basis. As it is just grape juice that has some yeast in it. But there are health regulations to follow while taking such drinks, you should stay away from beer and brandy, if you enjoy wine, daily.

Also, red or white wine consumption on daily basis should be monitored to keep a person not to become an addict. But addicts don't follow such rules.

They drink anything to get the kick. Right from cheap liquor to brandy to costliest Whiskey. They don't care about spoiling health and when it is suddenly stopped, people will have withdrawal symptoms like nausea, sudden seizers, fits, panic attacks, mental imbalance, sudden craving for exotic food items, insomnia, lack of an appetite to eat and suicidal tendencies.

Doctors gauze the extent of addiction by examining for these symptoms. Some people get used to drinking daily at an young age and before they turn 25 or 30, they are addressed as addicts.

It is better to go to a medical mental health center if you're having seizers suddenly, nausea inducing headaches, liver pain and suicidal tendencies. Such symptoms mean you need attention from psychiatrists immediately.

If you're facing - lack of appetite, panic attacks, talk to a therapist on regular basis to get over the addiction. Uncontrollable irritation is also a symptom.
