Congress President Rahul Gandhi congratulated the newly wed IAS Couple Tina Dabi and Athar Amir Khan. At the same time, He did use this opportunity to express his views on growing intolerance in the country under NDA regime.

Tina Dabi was Civil Services Exam topper in the year 2015. Athar Amir Khan bagged Second Rank in this toughest examination and that too in the same year. They both fell in love and got married in Jaipur on March 20th this year. Later, The couple decided to conduct wedding reception in Kashmir and Delhi. While celebrations in Kashmir happened recently, Delhi celebrations are scheduled to happen on April 14th.
