Why T-Congress Started Owning YSR All Of a Sudden?

As today marks the birth anniversary of the former Chief Minister of combined Andhra Pradesh Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, the day is being celebrated in a big way. Not just Andhra Pradesh, Telangana is also witnessing massive celebrations of the birth anniversary of the late ex-Chief Minister.
But what caught everyone's attention is that the Telangana wing of the grand old Congress party started owing him yet again. The T-Congress celebrated YSR's birthday in a big way and raised a new demand that a memorial should be set up for him in Hyderabad like how the ex-Chief Ministers got.
It is strange that the Congress party which distanced itself from the YSR family after his demise started showing respect to him and even demanding the state government in Telangana build a memorial to honour him.
What the political observers say is that YS Sharmila is seriously trying her luck in Telangana. YSR supporters and sympathizers are already walking with her. Earlier, YS Sharmila met the sympathizers from various districts in the state.
Now it is said that the Congress party wants to cater to them and is trying to make them shift towards it. The Reddy community is one of the strong communities in the state and despite not being in power, they are in a good position.
By owning YSR, the Congress party is said to be eyeing the followers and sympathizers of YSR. The Congress party in the combined state has always been dubbed as Reddy's party and looks like T-Congress wants to bank on it.
