Why Telugu Media Has Suddenly Turned Pro-Hindutva?

Have you noticed a sudden spurt of pro-Hindutva reportage in the media houses that are considered very close to the TDP and Chandrababu Naidu? They have been holding debates and panel discussions on the issue. Some very popular and pro-TDP anchors have suddenly turned staunch Hindutva supporters.
Have you noticed that Chandrababu Naidu did not greet people with his trademark one-handed greeting at the NTV sponsored Koti Deepotsavam? Instead, he greeted the people with folded hands and sported tilakam. He sat through the Koti Deepotsavam and interacted with Swamis and religious people.
Why are issues like Christian conversion activities in Tirumala and other temples like Annavaram becoming headlines suddenly? Why is it that only Christians are highlighted and why is it that the issues pertaining Muslims are not highlighted in the pro-TDP media houses and TV channels? Why this selective Hindutva?
The reasons are not far to seek. There appears to be a concerted campaign against YS Jagan and the YSRCP. Since Jagan is a practicing Christian, only Christian conversions are highlighted. No one is talking about the Muslims, which the Hindutva forces also target. So, have you realised the game plan? Why has Hindutva suddenly come on agenda. So you realise why some TV channels are on a Hindutva overdrive? Remember, the same channels went pro-Hindutva before 2014 elections too and stopped taking up Hindutva issues after 2014 elections, wherein Jagan could not come to power.
