Why was Harish Rao given Huzurabad's responsibilities?

Internal developments in the TRS are baffling the political observers. There is a distinct pattern in the party. Whenever there is a sure fire chance of victory, working president KTR is sent and wherever the fight is tough and there is a chance of defeat, Harish Rao is sent. This is a clearly emerging pattern, say sources.
Take for instance the GHMC elections! Harish Rao was confined to three divisions in the Patacharu constituency, while KTR was asked to take care of winnable seats. KTR managed to leverage on his connections with the industrialists, film industry biggies and other officials in the GHMC to put up a decent show. When it came to Dubbak, where the going was tough, Harish Rao was asked to take charge. In the intense battle of attrition in Dubbak, the BJP defeated the TRS. The blame of the defeat was thrust on Harish Rao.
In case of Huzurabad bypoll too, the same pattern could be seen. Here the TRS is up against a formidable foe in Eatala Rajender. Hence, Harish Rao has been roped in. Political analysts feel that the credit for the victory would go to KCR and the discredit for the failure would go to Harish Rao. The challenge before Harish Rao is to ensure a victory for the TRS in this all-important battle and then heap all the credit on uncle KCR. Will he be able to do it? Let's wait and see.
