Will Absconding Lead To Ravi Prakash's Arrest?

Alandha Media filed cases against Ravi Prakash for allegedly indulging in forgery and diversion of funds. Based on the complaint, Cyber Crime Police served notices to the Former TV9 CEO twice asking him to appear before them for questioning. Ravi Prakash, however, decided not to come for the questioning and nobody knows about his whereabouts in the past 72 hours.
Cyberabad Police have been considering issuing notice to Ravi Prakash as per CrPC 41A. Which means, He can be arrested without warrant.
Had if Ravi Prakash appeared before the police and answered the questions raised by them, The situation wouldn't have come this far. The former head of TV9 seems to have complicated everything by absconding.
Did Ravi Prakash made a self goal by offering clean chit to himself in the TV9 Studio few days ago? If he is unable to appear for questioning, Ravi Prakash should have proceeded legally but not cooperating with the investigation won't help him.
