Will At Least JP Nadda Give Them Their Due?

They were the strongest leaders in Mahbubnagar who notched up victory after victory in polls. They both were ignored by their respective party bosses. Hence they have moved into the saffron party ahead of 2019 elections. But, a year later, they find themselves unwanted and unwelcome in the Telangana BJP.
We are talking about firebrand leader and former minister DK Aruna and former MP AP Jitender Reddy. Both these Mahbubnagar leaders hoped the BJP would value them and will confer key titles to them. In fact, both DK Aruna and Reddy fondly hoped that one of them could be made the party president. But, to their shock and surprise, a political novice like Bandi Sanjay was made the party president.
Then they hoped against hope that they would be made part of the team Bandi Sanjay. Even that was not to be. Sanjay completely ignored them while constituting the new team. Today, these two key leaders find themselves at political crossroads with nowhere to go. The BJP is not recognizing them and the other two parties have shut doors on them.
Now the last hope of these two leaders is that they would be suitably rewarded when national president JP Nadda constitutes his team. They are hoping that they would get the responsibility of some key state in Team Nadda. Let's wait and see if their efforts bear fruit.
