Will BRS Reach Out To YCP For Support In AP?
By: Tupaki Desk | 12 Dec 2022 12:33 PM GMTTRS becoming BRS has started many interesting debates. With which parties, the BRS would join hands is one of them? TRS is very strong in Telangana and there is no doubt about that. But it has to join hands with others in other states. BRS will start its steps in other states by trying its luck in Karnataka.
Everyone is talking about BRS's chances in Andhra Pradesh now. BRS might have a party office soon in the state and the office might come in the temple city of Vijayawada. The concerned members are said to be busy in selecting the right place and area for the party office.
Amid this, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, the advisor to the Andhra Pradesh government made some interesting comments. He said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will take the right decision if BRS seeks any support.
When asked about BRS, Sajjala said that anyone can set up a party and contest the polls. Having said that, he maintained that YSRCP is focused on the interests of Andhra Pradesh and the party will not form any alliances with any party.
But the question is whether KCR will reach out to his Andhra Pradesh counterpart YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for support or not. He has a certain negative image in Andhra Pradesh due to the state bifurcation. If not for the bifurcation, then the state would have been combined.
BRS has to join hands with some or the other party to have a good start in Andhra Pradesh. The question is which party might be the supporter or ally of BRS.
On the occasion, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy made some interesting questions and said that YCP has no intentions of contesting elections in other states. He made these comments while addressing the reports of YSRCP trying its luck in the Karnataka elections.
As Undavalli Arun Kumar's comments created an intense discussion, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy said YSRCP supported the concept of combined Andhra Pradesh. The government advisor said that the state was not bifurcated scientifically and Andhra Pradesh was subjected to a lot of injustice with the process.
