Twists are not new in the investigation of the much-talked-about murder case of former Parliamentarian YS Vivekananda Reddy. So far, the case went through a lot of twists and turns. The case going into the hands of the Central agency Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) is one of the biggest twists in the case.

For over two years the CBI is probing the matter and managed to see some breakthroughs. Who would have thought that Dastagiri would turn approver and will give key information in the case? This all happened after CBI took over the investigation, thanks to the fight of YS Viveka's daughter Sunitha.

As Dastagiri turning approver is a big breakthrough, the main accused in the case are trying hard to challenge this and moved the court many times. Recently, the court said the petitions filed by the accused have no merit to be heard by the court

Compared to others, Erra Gangireddy is facing the heat as the CBI wants to see that his bail gets canceled, or else he can influence the witnesses. In the latest hearing, the CBI told the court that he can influence the witnesses and if he is out on bail the case investigation would not go as planned.

Stressing the point where cases were filed against the CBI offices, the lawyer representing the investigation agency reportedly told the Supreme Court that police and the accused have joined hands. A big agency like CBI saying this is not a small thing

For the same reason, the Supreme Court took serious note of the claims of CBI and served notice to Gangireddy to file a counter affidavit.

The CBI lawyer placed the arguments saying that it is crucial to cancel the bail of Gangireddy as far as the case investigation is concerned. The next hearing is posted on November 14 and all eyes are on the next hearing to see Gangireddy's response.

Considering all these issues the Supreme Court might cancel the bail of Gagireddy. If this happens then the case might see good progress. Earlier, Sunitha moved the court seeking the transfer of the case from Andhra Pradesh for a better probe.
