Will EC's Recommendations Help BJP Repat Maharashtra Scene?

The alleged development of the Election Commission reportedly recommending the disqualification of the Chief Minister as an MLA is making people give their theories behind this and the consequences that follow. The new development is said to be favouring the Bharatiya Janata Party.
The saffron party BJP has been trying hard to make sure that Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren gets disqualified on the grounds of an alleged violation of conduct. The BJP has been saying that the Chief Minister violated rules while giving mining mines on lease to a few firms. As a big win for the BJP, the EC reportedly recommended that the CM should be disqualified as an MLA.
Media reports are abuzz that the EC has sent a sealed cover to Jharkhand that the CM should get disqualified as an MLA. Though the sealed cover is not made public yet, the BJP pinned high hopes that the Chief Minister would step down.
If the same happens then the BJP would be very happy as it can repeat the Maharashtra-like stint in Jharkhand as well. JMM and Congress formed an alliance in the state to form the government. If the Chief Minister gets disqualified then the government would fall.
If the government gets collapsed then the Bharatiya Janata Party would form the government with the help of its MLAs and the supporting MLAs. If everything goes as per the plan then we might see a BJP government coming into Jharkhand.
