Will it be Jai Sriram vs Jai Telangana?

The BJP tried the same trick in West Bengal and is giving a torrid time to Mamta Didi. Today it's Jai Sriram vs Mamta Banerjee in West Bengal.Jai Sriram became a war cry in poll-bound West Bengal and is giving the biggest yet challenge to Mamta. Is the same trick being tried in Telangana too?
If one watched the proceedings of the GHMC election on Thursday, the BJP played its cards very well. All the corporators went to Bhagyalakshmi Temple and offered prayers there before leaving for the GHMC office. If that wasn't enough, the corporators were all clad in saffron and wore saffron headgear. This was symbolic of the strategy they would adopt in the house.
Soon after entering the house, they chanted "Jai Sri Ram." When the names of the BJP nominees for the mayor and the deputy mayor were proposed, there were again full-throated chants. When the TRS had won both Mayor and the deputy Mayor seat with the help of the communal MIM,they chanted "shame shame" and followed it up quickly with "Jai Sriram." Each time the BjP chanted "Jai Sriram,"the TRS corporators responded with "Jai Telangana" slogans.
With MIM, TRS alliance out in the open, the BJP is sure to raise Jai Sri Ram slogans again and again in the GHMC. Will this work out to the advantage of the BJP? Will this boomerang unlike in West Bengal? Let's wait and see how things unfold.
