Will Jagan allocate Rajya Sabha seat to Adani's wife

Count on AP Chief Minister YS Jagan to take daring decisions. And given the complete control he has over the party, his word is final in the party. Jagan has reportedly decided to allot one of the four Rajya Sabha seats that the party can win to industrialist Gautham Adani's wife Preethi Adani.
In fact, earlier too, he had given a set to Parimal Nathwani, who is the Reliance Industries' person and spends all his time to further the interests of the Reliance group. By giving a ticket to Gautham Adani's wife, the only thing that YS Jagan is going to achieve is to win the BJP's confidence. In fact, this is said to be the reason why Jagan made a Delhi visit recently.
Though he had given the seat to Parimal Nathwani, it did not benefit the state in any way. Neither did Nathwani raise the issues of AP nor did the Centre show any extra favour to AP. Though not officially confirmed, it is learnt that Priya Adani is being made a Rajya Sabha MP from Andhra Pradesh quota.
Adani's proximity with PM Narendra Modi is well-known. However, he has not been given a Rajya Sabha seat from Gujarat, which is the home state of both Modi and Adani. Instead, AP is made to allocate seats for industrialists based in Gujarat.
