Will Jagan Concentrate More On Donakonda?

Buzz in political circles is that YS Jaganmohan Reddy is keen to focus more on Donakonda in Prakasam District to make it an Industrial Hub. This could be a good move due to the availability of Government Lands in abundance.
Notably, Siva Ramakrishnan Committee appointed by Centre to identify suitable location for Capital shortlisted Donakonda. TDP Government, however, ignored the experts reports and finalised Amaravati as the capital. The Previous Government proposed to develop Donakonda as an Industrial Hub. MoUs were signed to set up Titan Group's Aviation Industry, An Automobile Industry, A Food Park and few other manufacturing units. Few months before the 2019 elections, Then Minister Sidda Raghava Rao laid foundation stone for Industrial Corridor at Ragamakkapalli in Donakonda Mandal.

YCP Government feels the necessity to improve the revenue generation due to Rs 48,000 crore pending bills and for implementation of manifesto promises.
